How do you clean and/or sanitize after a guest leaves?

We work hard to ensure your safety with cleaning protocols between guests.
ALL ROOMS
  • All visible surfaces are wiped down and free of dust or dirt.
  • Carpets are vacuumed
  • Floors are swept and mopped
  • Furniture is vacuumed (even under the cushions)
  • Trash cans are empty and clean
  • Windows are wiped inside and out
  • Laundry machines are clean and lint traps emptied
KITCHEN
  • Sinks are clean and free of food
  • Stovetops, countertops, and backsplash have been wiped down
  • Microwave, oven, and refrigerator are clean inside and out
  • Dishes, glasses, and cookware are clean and put away
  • Dish towels have been laundered
BATHROOMS
  • Showers, bathtubs, vanities, backsplashes, toilets, mirrors, and sinks are clean and sanitized
  • Shower shelves and caddies are free of soap scum
  • All towels have been laundered
BEDROOMS
  • All beds are made with clean linens

Does your arrival process support social distancing guidelines?

Cozy Cove understands the need for social distancing and limited contact with other people which mean contactless check-in protocols. Our guests will be able to self check-in using a keypad lock.
The password to the guest portal can be found in your welcome message found in the AirBNB messenger.

Check-In Time & Early Arrival

In order to properly clean and sanitize, we need the extra time between guests. Check-in is no earlier than 2:00 pm without prior approval.

Visitors or Guests

  • Unfortunately, we do not allow additional guests who are not on the reservation, this includes using the property as a meeting area.
  • If you would like to add a person to the reservation, please contact the owners.

Pets on Property

  • Pets are allowed with prior approval.
  • There are no size or breed restrictions.
  • Vaccination records are REQUIRED at least 7 days prior to arrival.

Are we allowed to build a fire pit on the property?

We do not allow fire pits on the property. There is a gas grill for outdoors cooking.

Are there safety precautions in place for small children?

Our home is not properly child-proofed for children under the age of six-years-old. Children need to be old enough to not ned cabinet locks, outlet covers, and other safety measures.

I read your property uses security cameras. Are they outdoors only?

We do have cameras on the exterior of Cozy Cove. There are NO CAMERAS on the interior.

Why do you wait until 24-48 hours before our arrival to disclose Cozy Cove's address and the keypad access code?

Access to the GUEST PORTAL provides sensitive information, such as passwords, to ensure your stay is safe, relaxing, and peaceful.

Cozy Cove has a MAX guest count of 7 adults.

There was an unexpected travel delay. Would it be a problem for us to check-in after 10 pm?

We are driving a long distance and are unsure of our arrival time. Does Cozy Cove offer early check-in?

In order to properly clean and sanitize, we need the extra time between guests. Check-in time is after 3:00 pm. Although, we are unable to guarantee early check-in, you may contact the owners the morning you are to arrive at Cozy Cove. Owners' contact information can be found here.

Should I pack sheets and pillows?

We do provide one pillow per person and sheet sets for each bed.
  • Master bedroom has a king-size bed.
  • Second bedroom has a queen-size bed.
  • Third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin-size over a full-size.

Do I need to bring linens and towels?

We do provide one towel and one washcloth per person, one hand towel, one dishcloth, and lake-specific towels.

Do you provide shampoo and body wash?

We provide basic toiletries, such as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Please be aware they are not sulfate-free.

We love to cook! Will basic kitchenware be accessible?

Guests can gather and share stories of their Lake Tenkiller experiences at the dining room table with seating for 7 adults. We have provided a fully stocked kitchen with items, such as:
  • cookware, cooking utensils, silverware, dishes;
  • cups and glasses;
  • microwave;
  • ice maker;
  • basic cooking items, such as salt and pepper and basic oils.

Movie night is important for us to relax. Are there DVD's available?

We have a collection of over a 100+ movies on the 55" Smart TV.

Are there breed restrictions for our pets?

What is the size or weight limit for dogs?

Do you provide a dog crate?

No, we do not provide a dog crate. However, there is a fenced-in area in the backyard with room for your furry-friend to roam. The area is protected by tree cover, so it does stay cool.

We forgot to send our pet's vaccination records? What do we do?

Please upload your pet's vaccination records using the following files .pdf, .jpg, .png, .heic (iPhone) to Dropbox. You can find the link on the Pet Policy page found here.DROPBOX is a quick and efficient way to upload documents using your smartphone.

If my dog has an accident in the house, is there carpet cleaner onhand?

Yes, you will find carpet cleaner under the kitchen sink.

Our cats travel everywhere with our family. Would Cozy Cove be willing to host a family with a cat?

At the present time, we do not allow cats due to other guests' [cat] allergies and the potential damage. For more information, please contact the owners.

At the last minute, our pet sitter cancelled. Are we able to bring our pet and pay the pet fee post-arrival?

We try to accommodate our guests and their furry-friends. However, there is a pet fee that is required. More information can be found here.

We love our stay. Are we able to extend our reservation another night or two?

In order to properly clean and sanitize, we need the extra time between guests. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Although, we are unable to guarantee late check-out, you may contact the owners the night before your departure. Owners' contact information can be found here.

Our parents came to visit, will they be able to stay with us at Cozy Cove?

Would you be willing to accommodate a wedding or large family reunion?

Unfortunately, Cozy Cove does not allow parties and/or events on the property.
